I’d like to introduce you to a 12 week planner that's easy to use and yields great results. It will allow you to see what works, what doesn't, and you'll be able to change the way you do things everyday. It will change your life.
You'll utilize a simple two step process that helps you gain clarity over what you’re doing (and not doing) each day. You’ll see where you’re making things TOO HARD for yourself, and you’ll also discover where you’re not following through.
CREATE YOUR SUCCESS • 12 WEEK PLANNER
It’s simple to use.
You'll start each week with your Weekly Plan. Fill out what you’ve got coming up for the week. Yes, surprises can happen, but doing this will increase your awareness of what’s in store for you for the coming week.
Next, you’ll spend a few minutes on your goals for the week, This will give you focus and help you keep your eye on the prize.
Each day, you’ll spend a few minutes to plan your day ahead. There are areas for meal planning, mind/body/spirit, tasks, notes, and your daily schedule.
Use as much or as little as you need. Allow yourself to experiment and find what works best for you. Do your best to complete the tasks you’ve given yourself. Some days will be better than others.
Here’s the most important part…
At the end of the day, take a few minutes to review how things went. Did you get everything done? If not, what’s left over? Is it something you HAVE to do, or are you giving yourself busy work? These are things you’ll discover as you regularly use your planner.
Be honest with yourself in your daily assessments. You won’t be perfect, and that’s ok.
It is SO freeing to be honest with yourself about what you actually can and cannot get done in a day.
